Disclaimer
If you're using 16 colors or less, you probably won't enjoy it as much (unless this is circa), but what could possibly look good with that few colors? If you're waiting for better support for 16-or-less, keep waiting. It's not the highest priority. Sorry.

Anyway, whichever scheme this came with is freeware. But don't steal my work and pass it off as your own. That would make you a scrub.
Ghosts of Sherbet
What are those radio buttons and check boxes with the line through them? Not a check box, not an X, but a dash? I've never seen them in use. So, foolishly, I didn't make widgets for them. If you see one of these pop up, let me know. I'm dying to know where they go.

The Future
Future versions of my schemes will have more 1.5-savvy features, better support for low color depths (but don't hold yer breath), and a better ReadMe file.
